PTA Primary School
Dear B.I.S. Community,
To us, as hopefully to all of you, our school is more than just a place where our children spend the time from 8:30 until 15:30 during the week. It is a place where teachers, staff and parents try to work closely together to create an environment in which the students can prosper, academically as well as socially.
A major aim of our work in the PTA is to promote opportunities for each member of the B.I.S. community to participate in, benefit from and contribute to the exceptional advantages given by a community consisting of various nationalities and ethnic backgrounds. We would like to
- Provide a structured forum for communication between administration, faculty and parents
- Help integrate new families into B.I.S.
- Support special programs which strengthen the B.I.S. community
We wish to provide good service and encourage your feedback and ideas. In order to give you the opportunity to contact us, a PTA mailbox
is located in Mr. Befort´s office.
In addition we can be contacted at pta@berlin-international-school.de or via our private e-mail addresses.
Please find our private e-mail addresses on the PTA board in the Primary School entrance and in your Primary School Parent Handbook.
Please join us for the regular PTA Meetings, which are open to all parents, for the opportunity of direct communication between the entire
PTA, the teacher representatives and the school administration.
We are looking forward to your active involvement and ideas to support continuous improvment at our school.
Sincerely yours,
PTA Primary School
