Middle School Programme
This programme starts in the 6th grade and extends through the 8th grade.
Compulsory subjects are English, German, mathematics, computer science, natural sciences (including biology, physics and chemistry), history, geography, art, music, and sport. Starting in the 6th grade, the school offers a third language (presently French or Spanish).
Pastoral care is organized by home room. A middle school coordinator works with the home room teachers to develop character, deal with issues relating to the developmental stages in which the students find themselves, and organize assemblies and other appropriate activities.
A variety of after school activities are also offered. They include a student newspaper, peer mentoring, student council, yearbook, basketball, choir, soccer, chess and theatre group.
